Clifton Homes, Inc. is an established remodeling firm and home builder in Lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We specialize in residential remodeling and perform work in all aspects including kitchens, bathrooms, exterior renovations with siding, roofing, and windows as well as an addition to your existing home.

The company was founded in 1991 by its president, David Ervin. With 30 years of residential construction experience, David, is extremely knowledgeable and very confident of what can be done to improve or enlarge your home or space. He continues to keep his promise for “Design Created Excellence” to fulfill the dreams of his customers. Dave’s business philosophy centers around two known slogans: “Take care of the customer and the business will take care of itself” and “Do what you do so well that everyone will ask you how you do it!”

The strength of Clifton Homes lies in the creativity and perception that makes Dave Ervin and company a true design build firm. And when possible, Dave actually draws up the plan for your remodeling project. Dave is a very educated man too, with a Master’s of Science in Education from the State University of New York in Oswego in 1974. After a short stint in teaching in Cincinnati, Ohio, Dave joined Ryland Homes in 1978 and was afforded the opportunity to learn the business literally from the ground up. As a homebuilding executive, Dave assumed responsibilities in all aspects of the business with direct hands-on experience in architectural plan development, construction planning. Dave’s expertise in wood frame engineering, use of manufactured components, and extensive product knowledge and decision regarding product selection was developed over 13 years in positions for both Ryland Homes and Toll Brothers.

Dave is the secret weapon that makes most of his former clients frequent flyers.
